I got myself a laser printer from these great folks and ran into a few hiccups. I contacted the team, and wow, their response time was impressive. They quickly sent me a replacement, and now it’s working like a charm. For me, customer service is just as crucial as the items a store offers. Copyfaxes really backs up their products in every possible way. They’re the best in my opinion.

"Fantastic Experience"
I got a printer for my mom since she does her job from home. The staff was super helpful in explaining what they did to ensure the refurbished printer was functioning well. When the printer arrived, I was amazed at how it appeared just like a new one. Up to now, the printer is performing wonderfully, and my mom is really pleased!

I ordered a reconditioned printer, but I mistakenly got the warranty for a refurbished one. That was my error from the start. Within a day, I received a call offering me two options. Sy was awesome, breaking everything down for me, which helped me make a better decision in the end. "Sneaky price increases and gouging"
I attempted to purchase a refurbished HP printer for the listed price of $499.99. They took our order and then slapped on an additional $400 charge, saying the price had risen. This happened right after we got the order confirmation. It's just terrible business behavior. Sure, prices fluctuate and are rising everywhere these days, but you can't just hike the price after confirming an order with a customer!
